Based in Barnstaple, Highway Solutions offer traffic management services throughout the South
West. We have vast experience in carrying out National Highways Sector Scheme 12D traffic
management and specialise in customising traffic management designs to maintain safety and
minimise disruption to traffic. We have developed our business and grown into one of the
preferred traffic management service providers in Devon.

the majority of roads yielding high traffic demands, we plan all labour activities and temporary
closures to optimise safety, efficiency, and road space, whilst minimising user congestion, delays
and inconvenience.
